No Refund Policy

All payments made for counselling sessions, mentorship programs, admission guidance, courses or any other services are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been successfully completed, no refund, cancellation or transfer of the amount will be allowed under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all services including:

• College and branch selection guidance

• Private university counselling

• Admission support

• Career guidance

• One-to-one mentorship

• Courses and counselling programs

User Responsibility

Before making payment, users are requested to carefully read all service details, pricing, duration and inclusions mentioned on the website.

By making a payment, you confirm that:

• You have understood the service details

• You agree to the pricing

• You accept that the payment is non-refundable

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled counselling session, you may request a reschedule by contacting us in advance. Rescheduling will be subject to availability.

Exceptional Cases

In rare situations where we are unable to provide the service from our side, we may choose to reschedule the session or provide an alternative solution at our discretion.
