All counselling sessions, programs and courses must be booked through our website, WhatsApp or other official contact channels.

Payments must be made in advance through secure payment methods such as UPI or Razorpay.

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Pricing

The prices of counselling sessions, programs and courses are clearly mentioned on the website. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. However, any service already booked and paid for will remain unaffected.

4. Refund and Cancellation

• Refunds are not guaranteed after a counselling session has been completed.

• If you cancel before the scheduled session, partial or full refund may be provided at our discretion.

• No refund will be provided for missed sessions without prior notice.
